Experiential Marketing & Brand Activations

Catching
Flights.

We design and build world-class brand experiences that people actually show up for, talk about, and bring their friends to.

The Agency

For you.

We come in, we design and build world-class brand experiences and activations. You bring the brand — we bring the vision, the execution, and the speed.

We've done it for Mattel. We've done it for Gallo. We do it for brands we believe in, and we do it at a level most agencies can't touch.

Our Brands

For ourselves.

This is why you should trust us with yours. We've built brands from zero. Risked our own money, designed our own spaces, sold our own tickets — and generated over $20 million in revenue.

We know what it takes to make someone leave their house, spend money, and tell all their friends about it. That instinct is baked into everything we build for clients.

20 Years of Award-Winning Experiences

Morgan First, Co-Founder and Creative Director

Morgan First

Co-Founder · Creative Director

Morgan has spent twenty years building experiences people can't stop photographing, talking about, or trying to get tickets to. She's the creative force behind every space Catching Flights has ever built — from the ground up, on budget, on deadline. Her work has taken her from a traveling wine festival to the Bahamas, and most recently to Barbie's world, where Mattel trusted her to design and build their most ambitious consumer experiences. She doesn't miss.

Tyler Balliet

Co-Founder · Creative Director

Tyler has spent twenty years figuring out how to make people show up — and then make sure they tell everyone about it. She sold 125,000 tickets to a traveling wine festival and 225,000 to a rosé-themed amusement park she built with a $75,000 loan. She raised $3M from Lightspeed Venture Partners and wrote a James Beard Award–nominated book during a pandemic. Fast timelines and tight budgets aren't obstacles for Tyler — they're her natural habitat.

Let's build something worth showing up for.

We take on a small number of projects each year. We want to be genuinely excited about what we're building — and we think you'll feel the difference.
